1. You need a Mac

Two reasons:

1. I don’t use Firefox.
2. I have the resources to hog (4GB RAM).

I have three Twitter accounts. Personal, biz and live-blogging*.
For the personal I use Twitbin for FF. It groups users into friends, replies, direct-messages, favorites, public and mash.

For live-blogging I use twitter-bar for FF.

Both of these are easy-access in the browser. Why hog resources with yet another desktop app?

*live-blogging is a WP plug-in which creates a direct post to a WP blog through a twitter account.
