		<description>I never thought about that, I guess the Welcome Center would be a good place to advertise those things. It&#039;s too bad I can&#039;t remove anything listed there and also add my own little shortcuts. It would be a handy shortcut center whenever I needed it, instead of trying to find things in the start menu.

I have noticed that Vista starts up and even shuts down a lot faster than XP ever did. Microsoft must have changed something, like ending processes a lot faster.</description>
