Keep Your Computer Cool

I recently purchased a few things from FrozenCPU to help keep my computer a little cooler. The four fans in my computer just don’t seem to do a very good job. I’m sure I might get some comments here about the products I’ve purchased, but I’m limited on the amount of money I can spend at this time.

One item was a Blue UV Reactive Slot Fan for $9; $11.99 if you want the option to sleeve the power cable. They let you select from a list of colors for the cable sleeve and heatshrink. The slot fan exhausts hot air out of the case.

The other item, which is being shipped separately, is a Thermaltake Rocket Fanless Liquid Cooling System for $199.99. The best thing about this is that it’s fanless! I don’t have to clean out a fan full of dust! I don’t like having another huge thing for my son to think is a toy, but if it keeps my computer from “melting”, then I want it! It also creates very low noise, unlike a fan, that can be very loud.
