Thanks for the clear feedback. Though I started trying RemotePC now but I really have to say that I agree with most of them , and in a very positive way. I liked the product. I also tried the helpdesk . Its very user friendly as its entirely run from the web.

I’ve been using Logmein Free with my consulting clients for a few years and really like it. Plus’s? Works with Windows and OSX, very fast, low memory use, good security, updates itself, etc.

I might have to check out Hamachi some more. Just looked it up; that might be a good option for me.

For me, I’ve yet to find anything better and faster than the Hamachi / Remote Desktop combination for remote control.
