Thanks for the clear feedback. Though I started trying RemotePC now but I really have to say that I agree with most of them , and in a very positive way. I liked the product. I also tried the helpdesk . Its very user friendly as its entirely run from the web.

		<description>I&#039;ve been using Logmein Free with my consulting clients for a few years and really like it.  Plus&#039;s?   Works with Windows and OSX, very fast, low memory use, good security, updates itself, etc.
