From what I hear, PayPerPost is going to announce something big. What is it? I have no idea. They won’t tell anyone, yet. Of course, they are just asking for rumors to be spread. Maybe it has to do with their online advertising; increase site traffic.

I think they will announce that they will allow members to start reviewing posts. Maybe even get paid for it? Yes, that’s probably what it is. Although, maybe they will change how the categories work, I’ve seen some complaints about that.

It would be really great if they made opportunities available in an open auction. People could bid on an opportunity. This would include their rank with Google and Alexa, but also how much they are asking to be paid. Then, the advertiser would choose the bidder they prefer based on price, rank and where they would prefer their advertisement to be placed. Who knows, maybe this is what they are planning!

Or, it could be that they will do away with including the Alexa rank in determining if a blog qualifies for an opportunity. Alexa isn’t even fair, because how many people really like to have a toolbar installed in their browser? I can’t stand any of those toolbars, they take up space.

Whatever it is that they are going to announce, it has to be huge if they have everybody guessing. And, it’s probably going to make people very happy.
